Zebra Principals / Founders
Perrin is a marketing strategist with a diverse background in consumer entertainment marketing, politics and journalism. She is known for game changing ideas and is regarded as a pioneer in gaming and authority in VR. Prior to founding Zebra, Perrin was VP of Marketing and Corporate Affairs for Nintendo. As company spokesperson peers and influencers affectionately referred to her as the Jedi of her trade. She started her career in journalism with KING Broadcasting and managed political communications for the state capitol and White House campaigns. Perrin currently splits her time between San Diego and Seattle and leads a non-profit rescuing animals.
Kelli has a passion for understanding customer motivations and aligning them with brand strategies — especially for our VR and kids/family tech products. She thrives on seeing a cohesive campaign come together and has a knack for ensuring our clients stay true to their brand. Prior to founding Zebra, Kelli spent nine years at Nintendo, focused on brand strategy, research, advertising and product PR. Kelli began her career in advertising at McCann Erickson and Ogilvy and Mather and can tell you all about the seven variations of rain in her hometown of Seattle.
Beth brings more than 20 years of experience in global corporate communications and PR. As one of the founders at Zebra, she leads strategy, media relations and public policy and is revered for her wicked pen whether writing poignant speeches, powerful op-eds or attention getting news angles. Prior to Zebra, Beth spent 12 years at Nintendo overseeing major events, analyst relations, internal communications and product launches. She also worked for GolinHarris among other PR agencies in LA and DC. Beth resides on the East Coast and manages many of our global clients and hot issues as they take shape in the early hours of the day.
Michele Spring Fajeau
Michele specializes in today’s digital children – driving media campaigns and influencer relations for products that educate, entertain and inspire the connected family. Michele began her career 20-plus years ago convincing the media that every home should have an HP DeskJet printer. Over the years, she has navigated Silicon Valley working with LinkedIn, Lightspeed Venture Partners and 3dfx, but she always comes home to family tech. As a mother and marketer, Michele’s passion has led her to drive media efforts for Children’s Creativity Museum, ThinkFun, KidZania, ESRB and Fingerprint among others.
Sean leads Zebra client strategy and pushes the team for creative ways to strengthen and grow all our gaming and VR clients. A Texan to the core, Sean isn’t afraid of big and bold ideas that can help grow a brand. He embraces the start-up culture that he lives and breathes in Austin, and you’ll find him at all the major tech conferences spotting products and trends, getting inspired with ideas for our clients and meeting key influencers. Sean has more than ten years of experience working with tech media and influencers and plays a key role with our start-up brands.
Amber is a brand storyteller and creative strategist with close to 20 years’ experience driving integrated communications and marketing for global brands. She has lead major campaigns for Microsoft and Starbucks, as well as spent 11 years at Nintendo as Director of Influencer and Trend Marketing, where she drove PR for product launches, social media, influencer/celebrity relations and large-scale media and consumer events. She directs VR and gaming clients at Zebra and is our resident New York city trend spotter.
Andrea Sausedo Piotraszewski
Andrea has spent more than 15 years driving consumer tech, video game and toy brands forward with media strategy, events and influencer efforts. Prior to joining Zebra, Andrea held senior positions in PR at WongDoody, Faiola Davis and Reveal Computer Products. Her interactive entertainment portfolio of clients is impressive with years on many top brands including Tetris, Schell Games, Spin Master, Disney Interactive and Activision, as well as the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences’ annual (AIAS) D.I.C.E. Summit and Awards.. Andrea is a PR machine – she’s the one we all want on our team when things need to happen!
Alana brings corporate communications, business development and integrated marketing experience to Fortune 50 corporations, start-ups and media agencies. She drives overall strategy and makes C-level execs shine at Zebra while she oversees Zebra’s management efforts with Intel’s IEM franchise. Alana complements the herd while also working with cool startups like Philo, and prior to joining she worked at Comcast, AOL and has served more than 10 years in “agency life,” most recently at Golin serving clients such as Nintendo and Capital One.
Shannon stands out with 20 years of experience in PR and marketing, having spent the bulk of it working in gaming and consumer technology. She makes PR strategy look easy and has a knack for making products shine in the eyes of media or on the show floor of major events. Shannon has worked with a range of international brands and start-ups, as well as worked at Edelman, Golin, Culture Shop, Bratskeir & Company and others. When not in the office, you might find her enjoying cabin life in the Pacific Northwest.
Alice is a veritable Swiss Army knife, adapting her skill set to best meet a variety of clients’ needs. With a diverse background in communications, education, broadcast journalism and government affairs, Alice can multi-task like no other and is instrumental in bringing insightful, creative solutions and strategies to the table for Zebra’s VR clients. She is passionate about big ideas and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to make things happen. Alice is also a devoted foodie, and is interested in all things related to new technology.
Eileen is a skillful storyteller that has been earning national, industry, regional and local news coverage for clients for over 20 years. Focused primarily on tech and consumer products, she has worked on major brands including Nintendo, HTC, Intel, CLIF Bar & Company and Baobab Studios throughout her time at Zebra and in her previous role with Golin. While she lives in the Pacific Northwest, Eileen has long-standing relationships with top news, business and lifestyle outlets across the U.S. and beyond. Her high energy is contagious whether in a brainstorm session, at industry events or on cycling trails.
Lisa got her start in cable doing PR for SyFy Channel, Food Network and the Cooking Channel. She is most proud of launching the top-rated The Next Food Network Star and picking up tips from Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri and others. From cooking to health, Lisa oversaw PR for Men’s Health and Women’s Health magazines and digital brands. She loves working with media across entertainment, tech, health, food, lifestyle and digital for kids, where she has her own in home-product testers. And of course, Lisa is a fabulous cook!
Perry Krasnove is a PR strategist and media specialist with heavy experience in tech and government sectors. Prior to joining Zebra, Perry cut his teeth in the news business at MSNBC and was the media manager for two Governors and a spokesperson for the Department of Banking and Insurance in New Jersey. He also worked with iconic brands such as Kraft, Hasbro, Amazon, Proctor & Gamble and Philips. Perry is always brimming with ideas and angles that drive brands forward including Zebra’s tech, VR and gaming clients including Oculus, CCP, SVVR, GameStop and many others. He lives in New Jersey with his family and a new puppy that has just about as much energy as Perry has.
With 20-plus years of experience, driving relevant press strategy and editorial wins to navigating rough waters of crisis communications are second nature to Carol. She leverages her deep media relationships and focuses on Zebra’s core technology and gaming clients –tapping into her teenage sons for additional Gen Z insights. Prior to joining Zebra, Carol directed global consumer PR for Microsoft’s Xbox games division, led the worldwide PR launch of the Pokémon Trading Card Game and worked on IPO’s and company buyouts with Seattle’s Best Coffee/Starbucks, Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro, ARIS (B2B tech) and more.
Based in LA, Lindsay has spent 15 years in public relations for entertainment, technology and video games and focuses mostly on media relations for our VR clients. Prior to joining Zebra, Lindsay was at Disney’s Interactive Media Group and at Bender/Helper Impact on the Interactive Entertainment team working on AOL Games, Buena Vista Games, Namco and many more. Lindsay is sharp as a tack, relentless in the pursuit of the pitch-perfect angle and rejuvenates at the end of the day through her love of film.
Rob is a media relations specialist that has worked in gaming, technology, parenting/kids and business sectors for over 20 years. From industry changing campaigns in gaming, to navigating and learning the mobile kid’s app battleground for Fingerprint, Highlights and Portable North Pole, to engaging travel outlets for KidZania, Rob has worked with top outlets around the nation and beyond. Prior to joining Zebra, Rob worked for Nintendo and was a freelance sportswriter for major news outlets . Rob also bleeds blue for his KC Royals and KU Jayhawks.
Kris is a PR veteran with over two decades of PR experience. Friends may know her as the horse whisperer, but at Zebra she’s known for her media relations expertise that’s garnered major placements for companies in consumer electronics, video games and technology. Over the years, Kris has worked with Disney Consumer Products, Duracell, Activision, Electronic Arts, Virgin Interactive, Ancestry.com and Symantec. Additionally, she handled PR for Iomega (now LenovoEMC) for nearly 15 years and helped launch new toys for Marbles: The Brain Store and Jada Remote Controlled Cars.
Logan is an account coordinator with Zebra Partners and purveyor of fine memes. He studied business at Stetson University and joined Zebra shortly after graduating. With a family name like Gamer, Logan was born to work at Zebra. By day, he plays a key role researching, supporting events, following top media and trend watching for our gaming and VR clients. By night, he throws himself into League of Legends and Final Fantasy XIV. Need we say more – Logan lives and breathes the gaming core.
Sarah is an account coordinator with Zebra Partners, where she provides foundational support for a myriad of brand partners that cross VR, digital kids and gaming. She is responsible for custom media list builds, ongoing coverage tracking, awards and conference intelligence and up-to-date research specific to key industry news. Sarah recently spent a year working in Bangalore’s growing tech center, and brings her diverse and global expertise to Zebra’s roster of clients.
Analytics, research, measurement, digital tech – Bryce drives Zebra’s big data and deep tech needs. Bryce expertly takes complex data and turns it into highly useful information whether for program analysis, infographic creation or for reporting media trends. Bryce graduated from Seattle University as a “numbers guy,” started as an intern at Zebra, and was so good, we vowed to never let him go! (And, our team and clients have thanked us ever since.)
Tara is a PR and social media strategist with a background and Master’s degree in journalism and communications from New York University. Before joining Zebra Partners, she held corporate communications roles with World Wrestling Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company and Weber Shandwick. She is also an influential lifestyle blogger at www.tarametblog.com, and contributor for The Huffington Post. Tara is the go-to expert on new social media technologies for amplifying a brand voice across tech, travel and all-things parenting.
